Freedom Trail, Cape Cod, and Palmyra NY-Visit with Dad & Mom

My mom and dad came to visit me in July. Their first day here we went on a guided tour of the freedom trail in Boston.

Our tour guide was very good at his job. He was very passionate about the history and he really got into the stories he told us.

Mom and Dad tired close to the end of the freedom trail.
After we were done with the freedom trail we walked over to the famous Mike's Pastry's and got some  Lobster Tails. Then we went to UBurger and had lunch. After that we meet up with my friend Dick Danjou and the four of us went up to New Hampshire to a little Ice Cream shop.
One of the days we went to Cape Code. It was a nice day for a drive along the coast.
Mom loved the Hydrangeas. These were the most colorful and bright ones we saw. They are nearing the end of their season and the blue and whites ones are fading away.

Another of our days we went to the USS Constitution which is in an entry all of its own.
Mom & Dad came out here before their Church History tour. I drove them out to Rochester to meet up with their tour group. The day we arrived we had the opportunity to stop and do a session at the Palmyra Temple. After that we went over and spent a little time in the Sacred Grove.
